I’m Ayla—the creator of Alchemy for Human Hearts, and the guide behind this work.
This offering is born from lived experience—caregiving, grief, dismantling internalized patterns, and learning how to stay present with myself through it all. It’s also shaped by witnessing and supporting others through their own thresholds: loss, transition, and the courageous work of returning to oneself.
